Refund policy

Pre-orders
All Ummah Radios are currently sold as pre-orders. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. Email us with your order number — you don't need to give a reason.

30-day returns
If your radio isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Your return window starts the day your radio is delivered, not the day you ordered it.

To be eligible, the radio must be in re-sellable condition and returned with everything that came in the box, including the charging cable, guide and packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at ummahradios@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why it's coming back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us, as unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.

Return shipping
If your radio arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. If you're returning it because you changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

Import duties and taxes charged by your own country are set by your local customs authority and can't be refunded by us.

One-year warranty
Every Ummah Radio is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing and hardware faults. If it fails through normal use in that time, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage or misuse. Batteries naturally lose some capacity over time; this is normal wear and not a defect.
